2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Account Security & Password

It is your responsibility to keep your jhi77 account secure. You are asked to follow the security guidelines below:

  • Use a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

jhi77 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

All deposit and withdrawal requests are secured with SSL encryption. jhi77 only accepts payments from and sends withdrawals to accounts registered in your own name. Transactions through third parties are not accepted, and any such transaction that is identified may result in account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

  • Wagering requirement: You must wager the bonus amount 10 times. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Bonus funds may only be used to place bets in designated game categories. Bonuses may not apply to all games.
  • While one bonus offer is active, you generally cannot activate another bonus.
  • If jhi77 suspects misuse or fraudulent use of a bonus, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

Wagering must be completed before the bonus offer expires. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically. Additional conditions may apply to specific promotions and will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

6 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in all types of games and sports betting on jhi77:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
  • Results received from the game provider's server are considered final. In the event of any discrepancy in the information displayed on a user's device, the server data is authoritative.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, the outcome of that game will be determined based on the data stored on the server.
  • In sports betting, the result announced by the official event organization is final. Specific rules will apply regarding refunds for bets on cancelled or suspended events.
  • jhi77 reserves the right to correct any erroneous payouts resulting from software or hardware faults.

jhi77 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are completely impartial and random.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jhi77 platform, and violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Using dishonest methods to meet bonus conditions, such as using bots, placing artificial bets, or bonus arbitrage.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
  • Making deposits using stolen or fraudulent payment methods.
  • Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
  • Harassing, threatening, or behaving indecently towards other users.

9 VIP Program

jhi77's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Special benefits are provided at each tier:

  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
  • Diamond: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8% and a dedicated account manager.

VIP tier progression is based on regular activity and betting volume. jhi77 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program. VIP status may be reviewed if an account remains inactive at a given tier for an extended period.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy
